This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee and direct all aspects of the region.
• Accountable for the region's sales growth, profitability, listings, and market share increases.
• Create and implement a strategic plan by effectively leveraging marketing initiatives, field resources, product training, event marketing, and external sales efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and essential personnel.
• Conduct regular visits to all dealers within the designated area.
• Enhance sell-through across all SBDK brands and strategic business units.
• Offer assistance to dealers regarding product knowledge, end-user engagement, event marketing, and merchandising.
• Utilize systems such as Salesforce and Business Warehouse to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Efficiently manage budgets (T&E, Targeted Funds, Demo Tool, etc.) to improve profitability.
• Preferred 4-year college degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Familiarity and understanding of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel both in-state and out-of-state is preferred.
