This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Maintains strategic engagement with accounts through regular outreach and structured follow-up on Outside Sales activities, showcasing excellence in call planning, analysis, presentations, and post-meeting execution.
• Develops comprehensive relationships within customer organizations, spanning from ownership to sales, customer service, and merchandising teams, while acquiring a profound understanding of customer needs, buying behaviors, and end-user requirements.
• Collaborates closely with Outside Sales to align with customer go-to-market strategies, including program management, merchandising schedules, and renewal processes.
• Effectively utilizes internal and external resources, such as trade marketing, decoration services, EDI, pricing strategies, and custom website solutions to optimize sales opportunities.
• Fosters cross-functional relationships throughout the organization to ensure efficient communication and achievement of goals.
• Exhibits outstanding administrative management through accurate weekly reporting, calendar organization, sales funnel tracking, program administration, and CRM maintenance.
• Provides quick, solution-oriented problem resolution with a focus on rapid response times and professional conflict management.
• Applies advanced merchandising expertise to showcase S&S Activewear's competitive advantages and stimulate upsell opportunities.
• Supplies precise and timely information to targeted accounts regarding product specifications, inventory levels, pricing, shipping updates, and company policies via multiple communication channels.
• Develops strategic pricing structures and quotations aimed at fostering sustained revenue growth.
• Works in conjunction with Outside Sales to offer comprehensive product solutions, including new merchandise information, samples, and marketing materials tailored to specific end-user requirements.
• Excels in dynamic multitasking across various platforms, including phone communication, email management, internal coordination, and implementation of marketing and web-based solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; a minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
• Demonstrated history of professional sales/account management experience (1+ years), with a strong preference for experience in the promotional products and apparel industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven presentation abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a demonstrated customer-centric approach.
• Advanced analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities through customer data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications with a strong technical aptitude.
