This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Generate new revenue by actively prospecting, developing, and finalizing opportunities throughout the European territory.
• Partner with Sales Engineering during the pre-sales phase.
• Maintain customer accounts to discover and implement upsell and cross-sell prospects.
• Manage the complete sales cycle and meet Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) objectives.
• Keep a 90-day sales pipeline updated in Salesforce.
• Work together with the account team and Customer Success to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT sales experience in a B2B setting.
• Professional proficiency in English, Swedish, and either Danish or Norwegian (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated capability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written).
• Strong ability to build relationships and showcase leadership potential.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
