This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Fulfill reporting and data obligations tailored to the requirements of clients and teams.
• Take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and the retention of assigned clients.
• Develop trustworthy relationships with client operational leadership.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the business challenges that customers encounter.
• Implement cross-functional project management strategies to resolve escalated client issues, coordinating with internal and external teams as needed.
• Assist in research and data initiatives to address escalated client concerns, liaising with both internal and external teams as necessary.
• Identify product deficiencies by performing business impact assessments and managing client expectations effectively.
• Prioritize concerns and evaluate escalations that may pose a risk of client attrition in collaboration with Account Managers to ensure a robust mitigation strategy is established.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in account management or relationship management within the healthcare sector; familiarity with commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits is highly desirable.
• A positive growth mindset capable of addressing challenging situations calmly and strategically; willing to understand challenges and navigate toward solutions.
• A strong commitment to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
• A collaborative spirit with a passion for tackling complex problems alongside the broader team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at an executive level, with the ability to effectively manage conflict and encourage honest discussions.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, ensuring that expectations and deliverables are clearly documented and achieved, while keeping key stakeholders informed and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven and disciplined approach to work.
• Proactive in taking initiative with minimal supervision.
• Transparency and honesty in a positive, professional, and courteous manner.
• Expertise in conflict resolution.
• Highly effective communicator with a consultative and tactful approach, able to view situations from the perspective of clients or members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
