This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Supervise a team of key account managers who utilize the full Slice platform to enhance their shops that are vital to our business.
• Oversee a select portfolio of Key Accounts alongside managing escalations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
• Guarantee that shop partners receive timely, proactive, and solutions-focused support that surpasses their expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Slice to ensure the successful implementation of the shop success checklist for all Key Accounts.
• Contribute significantly to the growth and success of your team, and consequently, their shop partners and Slice.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience managing enterprise-level clients in a B2B or marketplace setting (experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is highly preferred).
• A strong history of individual performance achievements.
• Proven capability in managing complex, high-value accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints, escalations, or high-risk scenarios with composure and clarity.
• Proven experience mentoring peers, fostering a positive attitude, leading projects, sharing best practices, and acting as a reliable point of contact for team support and guidance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and convert insights into actionable strategies to enhance performance metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Excel, and other account management tools.
• Fluency in multiple languages (English & Spanish) and familiarity with the Slice platform, products, and our customer base is a significant advantage.
