This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and grow accounts within one of Skeelo's client portfolios, emphasizing a strong farmer profile that prioritizes relationship development, retention, and account growth.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients to foster a positive, enduring relationship while addressing requests or resolving more intricate issues.
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities by advocating new products and services.
• Formulate retention strategies aimed at decreasing churn and enhancing customer loyalty.
• Evaluate portfolio data and compile performance reports to yield insights that refine account management approaches.
• Engage in proactive client visits and take part in strategic industry events.
• Prior experience in the Telecom sector, possessing essential industry knowledge.
• Substantial background as an Account Manager, with a pronounced focus on retention and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with VAS (Value-Added Services).
• Intermediate proficiency with CRM tools (including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical abilities and the independence to manage more complex account management scenarios.
• Willingness to travel and meet with clients.
