• Assume responsibility for a designated geographic territory or account portfolio.

• Present SiTime solutions effectively.
• Conduct targeted, productive discussions with clear next steps.
• Establish quick rapport and maintain regular follow-up communication.
• Ensure consistent progress of deals towards design-in and potential victories.
• Collaborate closely with distribution partners to stimulate demand generation, bolster customer engagement, and track opportunities and design-ins.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience in a technical self-sufficient role.
• Over 5 years of sales or field experience.
• Experience in mass market or territory development is preferred.
• Profound understanding of distribution channels and effective engagement methods.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools, including Salesforce.
• Experience with Sixth Sense.
• Knowledge of Marketo and other similar tools.
