This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage potential SMB clients.
• Skillfully qualify inbound marketing leads and outbound prospects to identify their business challenges and communication requirements.
• Communicate the benefits of Sinch’s messaging, voice, and email solutions to key decision-makers, and conduct professional product demonstrations to highlight our offerings.
• Oversee and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring that all data and sales activities are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist qualified SMB prospects throughout the sales cycle until successful closure, achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with the broader sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth onboarding.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B business development, ideally in the technology industry.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently engage with business owners, executives, and technical stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of cloud communications and SaaS models; previous experience with CPaaS or software sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
• Resilient, goal-driven, and highly self-motivated; you should embody a "hunter" mentality with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
