This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of the complete revenue relationship with your accounts β managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and creating long-term value.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor for IT teams navigating the governance of Microsoft 365.
β’ Facilitate strategic discussions, linking solutions to tangible outcomes.
β’ Propel growth by pinpointing expansion opportunities (such as seat upgrades and cross-selling).
β’ Enhance adoption and retention by proactively guiding accounts from onboarding to expansion.
β’ Lead strategic discussions with key contacts through a thorough discovery process.
β’ Fortify multi-threaded relationships by collaborating with Technical Support, Product, and RevOps.
β’ Over 2 years of account management or sales experience in a target-driven setting;
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus);
β’ Demonstrated ability to provide consultative, value-driven customer experiences;
β’ Capable of managing a dynamic pipeline and adapting to changing priorities;
β’ Genuine interest in IT challenges and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (governance, automation, adoption);
β’ Bonus: experience in SaaS, tech sales, or inbound-led sales; familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar CRM platforms;
β’ Proficient in using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily as a work enhancer β not as an experiment, but as a routine.
