📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire client experience — from the initial call to the successful hire.

• Collaborate daily with two founders.

• Oversee the complete delivery process.

• Conduct sales conversations, finalize agreements, and manage the account following the handshake.

• Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable talent.

• Evaluate challenges and make informed hiring decisions.
