This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Perform outbound calls to current accounts to grasp their business requirements and seek opportunities to expand your account base.
• Take charge of your portfolio and pursue new business ventures.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from receiving inquiries to finalizing deals.
• Analyze technical requests, generate quotes, dispatch them, and follow up to secure the deal.
• Act as the primary contact for clients requiring prompt responses and clear communication.
• Develop long-lasting relationships and establish yourself as a reliable partner for clients' infrastructure needs.
• Comprehend customer demands for networking equipment and deliver precise solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot, keeping all tasks, follow-ups, and pipeline activities organized and monitored.
• Clearly articulate product value and advantages, highlighting features such as Lifetime Warranty and the refurbished testing procedure.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management.
• High level of proficiency in HubSpot (or a comparable CRM).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware (e.g., Ethernet, Fiber, Switches, Routers).
• Comfortable researching technical specifications and utilizing resources like Google, ChatGPT, or the company website to quickly understand products.
• A proactive individual with a strong work ethic and the capability to drive sales independently.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities and maintain focus throughout the workday.
