• You will have the chance to collaborate with some of the largest brands in the US and around the world. As the leader for your accounts, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing growth strategies.
• Serving as the primary contact, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular face-to-face meetings, along with communication via phone, video, and email.
• Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication regarding all customer inquiries.
• Become an authority on all aspects of RTB House, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Oversee ad campaign launches, guiding customers throughout the process while coordinating communication across all internal teams.
• Provide consistent reporting and updates on campaign performance, which includes delivering QBR presentations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in adtech or an agency environment, managing online advertising campaigns for clients.
• At least 2 years in a client-facing position.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A strong passion for customer service, with a talent for anticipating client needs and surpassing expectations.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, enabling you to manage everything from campaign launches to ad hoc requests for multiple clients.
• A data-driven approach, comfortable organizing data in Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and recommendations to clients.
• A positive, can-do attitude, demonstrating high motivation and a willingness to learn.
• A strong determination to succeed, showcasing resourcefulness along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
