This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee client interactions with professionalism, clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and updates on service delivery.
• Gain a deep understanding of client needs and translate them into actionable operational steps.
• Manage expectations regarding performance, hours, deliverables, and communication.
• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with contractors.
• Provide guidance, clarity, and support regarding expectations, workflows, and KPIs.
• Address performance issues promptly with structured feedback.
• Ensure contractors feel supported, valued, and in alignment with client needs.
• Maintain organized workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation for each account.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new contractors, including access, documentation, and expectations.
• Accurately record all updates and actions in Zoho CRM.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve any challenges impacting the client–contractor relationship.
• Address concerns with professionalism, clarity, and urgency.
• Facilitate constructive discussions when expectations require alignment.
• Ensure that all issues are managed in a manner that preserves relationships and maintains service quality.
• Monitor and report on contractor performance, client satisfaction, hours worked, attendance, and risks.
• Provide structured weekly or monthly updates to clients and internal leadership.
• 2–4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Client Services.
• Experience working with international clients (U.S. experience preferred).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience managing remote teams or contractors is a plus.
• Ability to create SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work U.S.-aligned hours as needed.
• Flexibility to work during U.S. hours.
