This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• As the Account Manager for Revlon, you will be responsible for your designated territory.
• Assist clients in recognizing and developing potential opportunities.
• Oversee the distribution of the brands Revlon, American Crew, Eksperience, Orofluido & Difi.
• Drive growth within the existing client base.
• Ensure both horizontal and vertical expansion within the territory.
• Collaborate closely with the Education, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Foster growth with current accounts through increased loyalty and brand expansion.
• Generate new business opportunities in the area.
• Execute the Sales Cycle based on marketing initiatives and market trends.
• Enhance the Education plans associated with your account.
• Develop commercial sales strategies for your account.
• Manage administration and after-sales service for customers via Global Sales.
• Proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Educational background: Middle or High diploma.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Focused on customer satisfaction and results.
• Possess a committed and entrepreneurial spirit.
• You are a true hunter in business development.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Socially responsible and engaged.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Background in the hairdressing industry is a strong advantage.
