This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Actively and effectively manage a portfolio of hospital centers.
• Leverage extensive product knowledge to enhance patient care pathways.
• Identify potential challenges and recommend customized solutions.
• Collaborate with all hospital stakeholders to facilitate business reviews.
• Keep thorough product knowledge and occasionally provide user support.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer success or key account management.
• Strong analytical abilities to thoroughly assess situations and data.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with customer success methodologies is necessary.
• Experience in a SaaS organization is essential.
• Familiarity with hospital operations is advantageous.
• Proficient with tools like Notion or HubSpot is a plus.
• Equity options available.
