• Actively managing and nurturing relationships with current customers for ongoing commercial and industrial waste services.
• Conducting outbound calls and handling inbound calls to retain business.
• Enhancing the level of engagement within the existing customer base by promoting company products.
• Acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services, business lines, and pricing models.
• Executing contractual re-signs with current customers to prolong customer relationships and boost profitability.
• Addressing all cancellation requests according to the defined escalation policy.
• Utilizing Salesforce daily to schedule and document all activities, including calls, meetings, and proposals.
• Responsible for capturing customer emails, reducing rate restrictions, and managing customer credits.
• Regularly meeting with the Sales Manager to assess weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress towards goals, and the status of key customer relationships.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• 0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
• Experience in the waste or transportation industry.
