This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of legal clients, ensuring their business objectives are met through effective agency execution.

• Proactively identify potential challenges in campaigns or client relationships and collaborate with the SEO and Paid Media teams to address them.

• Enhance client retention and pinpoint opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to facilitate client growth.

• Aid in establishing structured account management workflows, leveraging tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, and Slack.

• Facilitate internal alignment meetings with specialized managers to guarantee timely and on-scope project delivery.

• Conduct internal alignment meetings with SEO, PPC, and Social Media managers to convert client objectives into actionable technical items.

• Deliver performance insights and lead regular strategy discussions with stakeholders from law firms.

• Keep meticulously organized project logs, client briefs, and status updates within HubSpot and Monday.com.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing agency account management (specifically on the agency side, not SaaS).

• Strong knowledge of SEO & PPC: Must confidently discuss digital marketing strategies, performance metrics, and optimizations with clients.

• Proficient English fluency (both written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement.

• Significant experience with HubSpot, project management tools (such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar), and communication platforms like Slack.

• Must be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and embody a "client-first" mentality paired with a good sense of humor.

• Legal Marketing Experience: Previous work with law firms is highly preferred.
