This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and assist a portfolio of client accounts located in the UK, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention levels.
• Efficiently address client inquiries, escalations, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across various time zones.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, contracts, and account information.
• Utilize appropriate tools including CRM platforms, project management software, and communication applications.
• Assist the broader team with reporting, presentations, and strategic planning for accounts.
• Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or enhancing the client experience.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, client services, or a related area.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Strong organizational capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts at once.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your own schedule.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Experience working with clients or employers based in the UK is a plus.
• Must possess a dependable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
