• Oversee a portfolio of current client accounts, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Discover and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning client needs with Red Oak's growing product offerings.
• Act as the primary contact for client communications, resolving issues, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value delivery.
• Lead expansions and amendments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Monitor account health metrics, usage patterns, and client feedback to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Red Oak's platform capabilities and their application to address client-specific challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and client business developments to provide relevant, forward-looking advice.
• Represent Red Oak at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.
• 7+ years of experience in account management, account executive, or client-facing roles within a SaaS or financial services technology environment.
• Proven success in both investment wholesaling and enterprise software sales.
• Established ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage the sales process from planning to closing, and effectively position complex solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to achieve coordinated client outcomes.
• Familiarity with financial services workflows, compliance standards, and SaaS business models.
• Proactive, self-driven, and highly accountable, with a strong desire to excel in a high-growth, client-focused environment.
• Utilization of AI tools as a standard part of account management workflows, including drafting client communications, summarizing meetings, and tracking upsell opportunities.
• Limited travel is required.
