This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in regular outreach to referral partners via email and phone, enhancing relationships and ensuring that Recover remains a preferred treatment partner.
• Oversee referral pipelines within our CRM, monitoring outreach efforts, partner engagement, and the flow of referrals to guarantee efficiency and accountability.
• Deliver timely updates to referral partners to foster trust and transparency.
• Keep reporting calendars up to date and collaborate with clinical and intake teams to provide accurate, timely reports.
• Recognize gaps in referral relationships or communication, and proactively collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships within a fast-growing organization.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple partner and client requirements concurrently.
• Detail-oriented and dependable – ensures precision in partner updates, data reporting, and documentation.
• Proficient with technology and familiar with tools such as CRMs, patient databases/EHRs, and Google Sheets; capable of troubleshooting and quickly adapting to new systems.
• Professional communication skills – utilizes proper grammar, diction, and formatting, and communicates effectively via phone, email, videoconferencing, and in-person.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership – takes initiative to address challenges and optimize workflows.
