This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Execute regular outreach to referral partners via email and phone, enhancing relationships and ensuring Recover remains a top-of-mind trusted treatment partner.
β’ Oversee referral pipelines within our CRM, monitoring outreach activities, partner engagement, and referral flow to maintain efficiency and accountability.
β’ Deliver timely updates to referral partners to foster trust and transparency.
β’ Maintain reporting calendars and collaborate with clinical and intake teams to provide accurate, timely reports.
β’ Identify gaps in referral relationships or communication, and proactively work with the Head of Partnerships to enhance processes and outcomes.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience, preferably in Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships within a high-growth organization.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple partner and client needs simultaneously.
β’ Detail-oriented and dependable, ensuring accuracy in partner updates, data reporting, and documentation.
β’ Tech-savvy and proficient with tools such as CRMs, patient databases/EHRs, and Google Sheets; able to troubleshoot and adapt swiftly to new systems.
β’ Professional communication skills β utilizing proper grammar, diction, and formatting while communicating effectively via phone, email, videoconferencing, and in-person.

β’ Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership β takes the initiative to resolve issues and enhance workflows.
