This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Manage a portfolio of advertiser and agency partnerships, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor on creative intelligence.
• Foster retention and growth within your accounts.
• Effectively onboard new clients, ensuring they quickly realize value and integrate Adverteyes into their creative decision-making processes.
• Represent your clients internally by providing product feedback and addressing unmet needs for the Adverteyes roadmap.
• Work collaboratively with our data science and delivery teams to identify client needs, serving as the customer advocate in product development.
• Experience managing client relationships in adtech or a related industry.
• Proven track record in account management or customer success.
• Proficient understanding of advertising effectiveness.
• Comfortable working with data and presenting it effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strong commercial acumen: you focus on revenue, mutual value, and growth opportunities, rather than simply relationship warmth.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI and its role in enhancing creative effectiveness.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
