• Build and nurture strong relationships with current clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and intermediary between the client and internal teams.

• Create and execute strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Evaluate client data and market trends to pinpoint areas for account expansion.
• Formulate account plans and strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Clearly convey client needs and feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services.
• Promptly address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar role within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and meeting sales objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to devise and implement effective account plans.
