This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Nurture and strengthen relationships with current clients.

• Comprehend client needs and goals to effectively showcase our products/services.

• Serve as the primary contact and intermediary between the client and our internal teams.

• Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.

• Create and execute strategies aimed at ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

• Partner with the sales team to investigate new business prospects within existing accounts.

• Examine client data and market trends to pinpoint areas for account expansion.

• Formulate account plans and strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.

• Clearly convey client needs and feedback to internal teams.

• Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely and successful delivery of our products/services.

• Promptly address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar role within the SaaS or technology sectors.

• Proven track record in client relationship management and meeting sales targets.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret client data and trends for strategic decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.

• A strategic mindset with the capacity to develop and implement effective account plans.
