This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Implement the necessary actions defined to achieve the budget and drive commercial development in the assigned area.
• Manage a network of multi-mandate agents and ensure comprehensive coverage of the territory.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with Customer Service in managing orders.
• Organize technical-training seminars and events in the territory to promote the Ravago Ravatherm-X brand, aimed at generating descriptive specifications.
• Create and manage opportunities and projects with local institutions.
• Continuously monitor competitor pricing trends within the area.
• Technical-specialist education (degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields).
• Experience in a commercial role, preferably within construction sector companies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, passion for the work, and full alignment with the company's values (humanity, commitment, and collaboration).
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
