This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• What You’ll Do:
• - Enhance and solidify our presence in the designated territory;
• - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) to boost their performance;
• - Work collaboratively with the sales team to pinpoint and expand opportunities within the territory;
• - Follow up with both existing and new partners to deliver system training;
• - Promote the brand within the travel trade through continuous product presentations and networking events;
• - Address incident issues, ensuring partner support;
• - Manage payments: supervise and guarantee accuracy in transaction processing;
• - Spend roughly 30% of your working time on business trips, which includes client meetings, industry events, and other business-related engagements;
• - Conduct market and competitive environment analyses;
• - Provide regular and detailed reporting through CRM and internal systems;
• - Maximize and develop API agreements with both potential and existing partners.
• Who You Are:
• - **Relevant Experience.** A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in account management or business development within B2B companies in the travel industry;
• - **Market Knowledge.** Comprehensive understanding of the regional travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• - **Language knowledge.** Proficient in Croatian and English;
• - **Travel Requirements.** Up to 30% of travel time may be necessary;
• - **Analytical skills.** Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and adept with numbers;
• - **Personal skills.** Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, eager for innovative technology, and comfortable in a rapidly changing business environment, team player;
• - **International mindset.** Capable of understanding and working across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
• - Competence in API technology agreements is a plus.
