This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As an Account Manager (m/w/d), you will contribute to making innovative diagnostic solutions accessible in areas where they can make a significant impact.
• Expansion and development of new and existing customer relationships within the hospital and laboratory sectors.
• Achieving ambitious sales targets while providing excellent support to your clients within the defined sales territory.
• Responsible for the successful marketing and implementation of the entire QuidelOrtho product portfolio, with a particular focus on infectious diagnostics and cardiac markers.
• Creation of tailored proposals along with successful negotiation and conclusion of contracts.
• Identification of strategic business opportunities with key clients and establishment of long-term partnerships that provide sustainable value for clients and QuidelOrtho.
• Monitoring market and competitive developments, as well as deriving relevant action recommendations.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification, or professional experience in diagnostics or a related scientific field.
• At least two years of successful sales experience in the diagnostics field or a similar healthcare segment.
• In-depth knowledge of the diagnostics market and relevant customer structures.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive working style with the ability to recognize opportunities and think outside the box.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience contributing to strategic projects and business development initiatives.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German language skills; good English skills are an advantage.
