This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Utilize experience in semiconductor metallization and/or printed circuit board metallization to collaborate directly with clients in identifying material needs and specifications.
• Achieve financial objectives (revenue, margin, YoY growth) to enhance 1-3 designated top Key Accounts.
• Formulate, revise, and implement the territory Strategic Plan and Strategic Key Account Plans.
• Cultivate customer relationships to strengthen engagement across all essential roles and functions.
• Document and capture Key Account Technical Roadmaps, CTQ requirements, and opportunity timing.
• Seek, develop, and initiate new opportunities.
• Propel internal initiatives to guarantee robust ongoing engagements during the material selection process.
• Consistently assess customer consumption and inventory levels to manage the business effectively.
• Master’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of the Semiconductor industry or Printed Circuit Board industry, Metallization Manufacturing processes, Semiconductor or Printed Circuit Board customers, and Metallization Chemistry.
• 5-10 years of experience in the semiconductor or printed circuit board industry.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Strong business acumen.
• Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Capability to create and deliver presentations that cater to the interests and needs of the audience.
• Preferably located in the Northeast US.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the Eastern half of the US 30-50% of the time, as well as to US manufacturing sites and/or globally 1 to 2 times a year.
