This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships with clients after implementation, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Serve as the primary account manager: arrange quarterly business reviews, follow up on pending requests, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
• Track client usage and performance to identify opportunities for added value, expansion, or optimization.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as support, onboarding, and product to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Offer training and support to clients to help them fully utilize the benefits of our platform.
• Gather and manage product feature requests: attentively listen to customer needs, identify essential or missing features, document and communicate them internally, and keep customers informed on progress.
• 3–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in the transportation sector; familiarity with container transport is a significant advantage.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with SaaS products, and knowledgeable about APIs and integrations.
• Proficient in upselling and achieving commercial objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, efficiently managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to visit clients on a regular basis.
• Ideally, you are located in the North of England.
