This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Take full ownership of designated client accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
• Develop and sustain robust, trust-based relationships with clients through effective communication and strategic advice.
• Facilitate client meetings, performance evaluations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Manage client expectations, navigate complex or difficult discussions, and ensure long-term account health.
• Maintain proficiency across various digital media platforms, including paid social, programmatic, search, and display advertising.
• Evaluate and analyze campaign performance data to deliver insightful, strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of execution with client objectives.
• Identify and proactively propose opportunities for organic growth within current accounts.
• Support revenue enhancement by deepening client relationships and expanding partnerships beyond mere maintenance.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and priorities among internal teams.
• Keep precise documentation, notes, and records for each account.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management, client services, or within digital agency settings.
• Proven capability to build trust, manage expectations, and function as a strategic partner rather than just a liaison.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising channels and performance indicators.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and fostering organic growth within existing accounts.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
