This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and connect with ultra-high net worth individuals through referrals, prospecting, and internal lead generation.
• Create and update retail trip itineraries, providing updates to clients and sharing relevant information with both Operations and Sales as necessary.
• Oversee and coordinate services for contracted retail trips, including liaising with vendors for catering, ground transportation, and other required services.
• Offer contingency planning and detailed flight tracking to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Source aircraft options, prepare proposals, and communicate options when off-fleet recoveries are necessary.
• Act as the member's personal advocate during mechanical or weather-related delays, ensuring transparent communication and urgent recovery aircraft arrangements.
• Develop a renewal strategy by monitoring member “burn rates” to track deposit usage and proactively initiate the replenishment process before funds are depleted.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling to ultra-high net worth individuals.
• In-depth knowledge of Part 135 regulations, including crew duty rest, safety ratings (Argus/Wyvern), and various aircraft categories (Light, Mid, Super Mid, Large Cabin).
• Proven success in managing long sales cycles (3 to 9 months) and closing deals effectively.
• Expert proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, to track nuanced client preferences and complex pipeline stages.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Capability to handle a diverse array of duties and tasks efficiently.
• Availability for weekends and nights to accommodate after-hours calls.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative in tasks.
