This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Taking charge of retention, renewal, and growth within a specified portfolio of intricate network, wealth management, enterprise, and trust accounts

• Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite executives, principals, and other key stakeholders throughout the entire client organization

• Conducting proactive, structured business reviews that align Practifi's value with each client's broader strategic objectives

• Recognizing and spearheading expansion opportunities across multi-entity and cross-firm partnerships

• Managing enterprise-level renewal and expansion discussions

• Creating account plans that outline stakeholders, potential areas for expansion, and commercial milestones

• Acting as the client's representative within Practifi by relaying insights gained back to Support, Implementation, and Product teams


⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in client-facing account management, strategic customer success, or senior relationship management

• Significant experience in the financial services sector, or a strong, demonstrable understanding of wealth management, enterprise Registered Investment Advisor, trust company, or institutional firm operations

• A proven track record in retention and expansion

• Comfort and credibility in discussions with executives and C-suite members, along with the judgment to navigate governance, compliance, procurement, and fiduciary complexities

• Direct experience collaborating with banks, trust companies, or bank-affiliated advisory practices (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or wealthtech platforms (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on multi-stakeholder, project-managed initiatives (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in leading change management and facilitating platform adoption across organizations with multiple stakeholders (Nice-to-Have)
