This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated customer accounts.

• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by fostering robust, trustworthy relationships.

• Comprehend customer challenges and opportunities, aligning the Powerfleet portfolio to stimulate pipeline growth and sales.

• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to broaden Powerfleet’s market presence.

• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to monitor performance and pinpoint opportunities for added value.

• Grasp customer requirements and work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Technical Support) to deliver customized solutions.

• Oversee customer account performance, proactively addressing any risks that may affect satisfaction or retention.

• Keep precise account records in CRM and deliver timely updates on account status.

• Provide a reliable revenue forecast.

• Identify and alleviate risks that could lead to revenue decline.

• Stay informed about market trends, customer priorities, and competitor offerings to offer strategic insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or business development in a B2B setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and drive account growth.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with customers at various levels.

• Capability to identify and understand customer needs, translating them into actionable solutions.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven account management.

• Preferred educational background at the bachelor's degree level.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.

• Willingness to travel as necessary within the Netherlands to engage with customers and attend events.
