This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio valued at roughly $5 - $8 million to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for plan sponsors, brokers, and internal teams to provide an outstanding client experience.
• Create and implement strategic service plans that align with the goals and objectives of clients.
• Manage daily account activities, including implementation, issue resolution, and renewals.
• Sustain relationships with senior-level contacts within client organizations, such as Benefits, Human Resources, and Finance leaders.
• Guarantee the precise and timely delivery of Point C products, services, and reporting.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners—valuing internal relationships as much as external ones—to proactively meet client needs and drive ongoing improvement and success.
• Spearhead the creation and presentation of materials for client meetings and renewal discussions, serving as a subject matter expert on Point C solutions.
• Set up a regular schedule for both strategic and service meetings.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance client success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role within the TPA, insurance, or employee benefits sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging and building relationships with C-suite executives.
• In-depth knowledge of self-funded health plans, including stop-loss, employee benefit programs, and pertinent federal regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Capability to build relationships and interact confidently with senior-level executives and clients.
• Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Active state insurance license is preferred.
