This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel revenue growth within the current customer portfolio through organized up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Discover opportunities for expansion by analyzing customer usage, GMV trends, and overall business potential.
• Manage the entire sales process for expansion agreements (discovery, value proposition, negotiation, and closing).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Managed Services to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Keep an organized pipeline and forecast in the CRM, ensuring high-quality data for revenue forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales, preferably in positions like Account Executive or Expansion Sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear emphasis on ARR growth and complete accountability for deals.
• Capability to employ structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Solution Selling).
• Experience managing intricate customer structures and negotiations within an e-commerce context.
• Analytical abilities to pinpoint growth opportunities based on data (e.g., usage, GMV, KPIs).
• Proficiency in both German and English.
