Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts, nurturing strong and enduring relationships.

• Take full commercial responsibility for customer accounts to meet revenue targets and goals.

• Create and execute strategic account plans aimed at driving business objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Provide clients with advice and optimize their operations through gaming solutions and promotional offerings.

• Ensure timely delivery of gaming solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.

• Monitor and report on monthly revenue performance, offering insights into customer activities and achievements.

• Foster and maintain robust customer relationships across all organizational levels.

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.

• Uphold and advocate for the company's core values.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated account management experience in the iGaming sector.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong knowledge of the gambling industry, including sweepstake markets.

• Ability to effectively manage high-value accounts and clients.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of providing client-focused solutions tailored to individual needs.

• Experience with CRM and promotion management is preferred.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to process and interpret data effectively.

• Adaptable to rapid market changes.

• Structured approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with agentic AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Cowork, or ChatGPT is a plus.

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is advantageous but not mandatory.
