This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee comprehensive account management processes with an emphasis on expanding the book of business, managing renewals, strategic planning, and upselling, which includes negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic planning meetings with brand partners, collaborating with Customer Success to provide performance reports and data analysis.
• Ensure Salesforce data integrity and utilize internal tools to analyze business data, identify trends, and enhance performance outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry networking functions such as PI Live, YMS, and affiliate events to cultivate and enhance brand relationships.
• Work collaboratively across departments through internal multi-threading with media strategy and other teams to facilitate the complete sales lifecycle.
• Proven experience in a dedicated account management position, preferably in a dynamic and commercial setting.
• Established history of growing a book of business, demonstrating success in increasing revenue, managing renewals, and uncovering upsell opportunities.
• Confident and engaging in client-facing situations, possessing strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to recognize growth opportunities, identify trends in performance data, and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior brand representatives.
