β’ Oversee comprehensive account management processes with a strong emphasis on enhancing the book of business, renewals, strategic planning, and upselling, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
β’ Conduct regular check-ins and strategic planning meetings with brand partners, collaborating with Customer Success to provide performance reports and data analytics.
β’ Ensure Salesforce cleanliness and utilize internal tools to analyze book of business data, recognize trends, and drive performance enhancements.
β’ Represent the company at industry networking events such as PI Live, YMS, and affiliate gatherings to cultivate and strengthen brand relationships.
β’ Work collaboratively across departments through internal multi-threading with media strategy and other teams to support the entire sales lifecycle.
β’ Proven experience in a dedicated account management position, preferably in a dynamic, commercial setting.
β’ Demonstrated success in growing a book of business, with a solid track record of driving revenue, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
β’ Confident and personable in client-facing environments, possessing strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Strategic thinker with the capability to identify growth opportunities, detect trends in performance data, and convert insights into actionable strategies.
β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior brand representatives.
