Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a portfolio of accounts with an emphasis on retention, renewals, and upselling initiatives.

• Performing regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction while uncovering further engagement and growth opportunities.

• Leveraging sales tools and insights to generate forecasts, monitor opportunities, and enhance performance.

• Collaborating with various internal teams to develop customized proposals and guarantee effective campaign execution.

• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts.

• Demonstrated experience in account management, especially in retaining and expanding current client accounts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing relationship-building.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

• A data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
