This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Serve as a trusted consultant, comprehending client requirements and aligning them with our offerings.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue growth and increase account worth.
• Oversee renewals and contract discussions, facilitating a smooth experience for clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve challenges, and proactively suggest solutions to enhance engagement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic insights to clients.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple accounts.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing software sales, with B2B sales experience across various segments (from SMB to Enterprise and Channel).
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships from start to finish and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong business acumen with a history of meeting or surpassing revenue, renewal, and expansion goals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Possess a growth-oriented mindset; receptive to feedback, quick to adapt, and continually seeking improvement.
• Demonstrated operational excellence in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
