This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various domains, including security and infrastructure products.
• Drive upgrades in membership based on user engagement, complexity, and the realization of value.
• Proactively build and oversee an expansion pipeline rather than solely responding to incoming demand.
• Actively manage account health throughout the onboarding, activation, usage, and renewal phases.
• Minimize churn by detecting risks early and taking action prior to renewal periods.
• Enhance the attachment rates of additional products (SSL, DNS, email, etc.).
• Ensure that new customers achieve operational usage swiftly.
• Eliminate barriers in onboarding, integration, and initial transactions.
• Serve as the structured voice of the customer, avoiding anecdotal evidence.
• Maintain high standards of CRM management and accurate forecasting.
