This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take proactive ownership of a varied portfolio comprising over 100 local businesses, ensuring their success and maintaining a targeted net retention rate.
• Conduct regular performance assessments with clients to showcase the value of the OneLocal suite, evaluate ROI, and align our offerings with their changing business objectives.
• Collaborate within a high-performance ecosystem, working alongside Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts, and Marketing Strategists to facilitate smooth transitions and expert execution.
• Serve as a proactive problem-solver by identifying potential churn risks or technical challenges early, ensuring that every client achieves their desired results.
• Strive to ensure that clients fully utilize the OneLocal platform, transforming local business owners into long-term advocates for the brand.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager in a SaaS organization, Marketing Agency, or Tech Startup.
• Experience managing a large volume of clients; previous experience with small and medium businesses (SMBs) is highly beneficial.
• A commitment to prioritizing our customers' best interests and doing whatever is necessary to help them succeed with our solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong rapport and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to changing timelines or priorities, and confidently challenge the status quo.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, along with a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
