This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Accountable for the sales of ingredients to major clients.
• Map accounts and implement strategic plans for key accounts.
• Achieve the agreed annual sales targets for accounts and distributors.
• Provide monthly updates on account sales and development initiatives.
• Ensure technical support and product training is available for customers.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses as necessary.
• Follow up on overdue accounts from customers.
• Coordinate participation in relevant trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team.
• Understand and utilize Novonesis sales tools effectively.
• Assist the sales team during innovation and inspiration days.
• Develop and sustain key external business relationships.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, or Food Science from a recognized institution.
• Ideal candidates should possess over 10 years of overall professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English are essential.
• Proficiency in regional South Indian languages would be an added advantage.
