This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a portfolio of active clients.
• Promote client retention and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Facilitate client meetings focused on status updates and strategic discussions.
• Discover growth opportunities within the existing account base.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster account development.
• Engage in a consultative approach, gaining insight into the client's business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success and Services.
• Track and analyze portfolio performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client portfolios, including Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Background in consultative sales techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and capability in tracking metrics and KPIs.
• Experience within the technology or software industry.
• Background in post-sales roles or Customer Success.
• Experience managing strategic accounts.
