This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Focus on acquiring and retaining customers while enhancing productivity in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Offices sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, overseeing their contractual coffee consumption.

• Conduct weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and business KPIs.

• Utilize existing market insights and networks to bolster Nespresso’s presence in the HORECA and OFFICE sectors.

• Achieve high visibility in HORECA and OFFICE channels through effective customer acquisition and machine placements within the designated territory.

• Implement strategies for the HORECA and OFFICE channels to fulfill business targets and objectives specified in the Operational Plan.

• Work in close collaboration with the key account management team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, hospitality, or a related discipline.

• A valid and full driver’s license.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a proven background in the HORECA or OFFICE sectors considered highly advantageous.

• Strong business acumen, independence, diligence, and creativity.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to articulate key brand messages with enthusiasm, credibility, and authenticity.

• Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments.

• Capability to manage oneself in a remote setting.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential, as this role involves collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market (and/or globally).
