• Assessing territory and vertical opportunities, taking complete ownership of the strategic direction for your area.
• Staying informed about market trends, comprehending the competitive landscape and available opportunities.
• Providing market insights to the product and development teams, contributing to a comprehensive 360-degree view of the region's potential.
• Acting as a supportive colleague within your team by offering mentorship and coaching.
• Defining, designing, and refining our sales processes, ensuring Neat is prepared for the next phase of our hyper-growth.
• Significant experience in implementing effective sales practices.
• Regional familiarity with customers.
• Knowledge of video conferencing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in scaling a rapidly growing technology business is essential.
• Expertise in designing strategic go-to-market plans.
• Proven track record in developing new business and expanding new business areas.
