This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the post-sale experience for Portuguese clients, starting from onboarding and extending to long-term renewal and growth.

• Collaborate with customers to integrate Neara into their everyday operations, particularly in vegetation management, clearance analysis, and CAPEX prioritization.

• Serve as a liaison between intricate technical outputs (AI/Physics models) and high-level business results.

• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs).

• Represent the Portuguese market, working alongside our EU Sales, Deployment, and Product teams to ensure our roadmap aligns with local requirements.

• Track customer health metrics and enhance Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by pinpointing upsell opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience in Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success.

• A background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS is preferred. Familiarity with GIS or Asset Management systems is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in Portuguese with a professional command of English.

• Comfortable engaging in data-driven discussions and adept at navigating technical dialogues with both engineers and executives.

• You possess intelligence, creativity, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the real world.

• Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time.

• A background in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy) is a plus.

• Experience working with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators is an advantage.
