This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Assume complete responsibility for the post-sale relationship with our global portfolio of B2B accounts, including distributors and retailers, primarily focusing on the APAC region while rapidly expanding into the EU and US markets.
• Foster continuous revenue growth through strategies such as upselling, cross-selling, product launches, and strengthening client relationships.
• Develop structured account plans and conduct regular business reviews to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage the operational workflow from the point a purchase order is finalized.
• Collaborate with our Operations team to coordinate product launch schedules, shipping details, inventory status, and customs documentation.
• Proactively update clients to ensure they are always informed about expectations and timelines.
• Oversee the daily operations of our new Tiered Partner Program.
• Monitor and incentivize partner activities, such as premium in-store placements, adherence to brand guidelines, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide partners with volume discounts, marketing funds, and enhanced margins based on their performance.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for issues related to shipping delays, tax/duty inquiries, and supply chain challenges.
• Simplify complex operational situations into clear, reassuring, solution-focused updates for our retail and distributor partners.
• Keep a close eye on distributor and reseller sales channels to identify unauthorized, discounted, or off-brand activities.
• Enforce our brand and commercial guidelines firmly yet respectfully, escalating matters when necessary.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, B2B Account Management, or Wholesale Operations, ideally within a rapidly growing environment.
• Familiarity with physical goods is highly preferred; you have a solid understanding of international shipping routes, customs processes, and the complexities of global supply chains.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding a significant volume of global B2B accounts, including a mix of large distributors and high-touch boutique retailers.
• Exceptional operational discipline: you excel in handling the details of purchase orders, logistics, and compliance tracking, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities: you can assertively yet courteously address guideline violations by partners and align internal teams when conflicts arise.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• Comfortable navigating modern CRM systems and managing structured account pipelines; adaptability is crucial as we upgrade our technology stack.
• Practical experience with ERPs and B2B wholesale platforms; familiarity with Rewise and Shopify B2B is a significant advantage.
