This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.
• Cultivates and upholds a trusted advisor relationship with current customers and stakeholders to improve customer experience and retention.
• Works in collaboration with various internal teams and external vendor partners to deliver exceptional customer service and benefit solutions efficiently and effectively.
• Organizes client meetings to offer advice and facilitate the resolution of outstanding action items and/or provide regular status updates.
• Manages the process for implementing new benefit changes on behalf of clients and guides how these changes should be executed.
• Addresses client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly, clearly, and accurately.
• Supplies clients with system support and collaboration tools.
• Assists with client renewal activities in collaboration with the Account Executive and Clinical Account Executive.
• Aids clients by performing regular account maintenance tasks such as reporting, member-specific requests, open enrollment support, and other necessary functions.
• This position may require involvement in conference calls, attendance at meetings, or travel outside regular business hours.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or the healthcare industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven ability to demonstrate critical thinking, prioritization, performance under pressure, and relationship building skills.
• Must participate in, adhere to, and support the objectives of the compliance program.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with fellow employees.
