This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and finalize a pipeline of growth opportunities within existing SMB & MM clients
• Collaborate with SMB & MM Customer Success Managers to pinpoint areas for growth and potential
• Engage with the current customer base through outbound outreach and internal referrals
• Promote Muck Rack’s full range of products (Media Intelligence, Press Release, Social Listening, Gen Pulse, etc.)
• Provide accurate forecasts for monthly and quarterly expansion bookings
• Manage account and territory planning in collaboration with your CSM team
• Facilitate pipeline development, conversion, and deal advancement for expansion prospects
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and customer success
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management roles specifically with SMB and Mid-Market companies
• Demonstrated success in owning revenue targets and closing sales
• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue
• Strong skills in prospecting and outbound sales
• Preferred experience selling into existing customer accounts
• Required experience in selling PR, media intelligence, or related solutions for Enterprise roles
• Background in SaaS, MarTech, or similar industries
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Capability to function effectively in a fast-paced, distributed work environment
